FateFlows offers both free and paid features.

Free or Limited Free Access

• Knowledge articles, some tools, and basic browsing are generally available for direct use.
• Some non-paid features like tarot and dream interpretation may also have daily usage limits.

Paid Unlock for Full Analysis

• In-depth analysis of BaZi, Zi Wei, astrology charts, some tarot spreads, and annual fortune, etc., are classified as paid content.
• A free preview is usually available before payment; after completing the payment, you can read the full analysis.
• The amount varies by item, please refer to the USD price displayed on the feature page and checkout screen.
• Logged-in members can check their records in the Orders section of their account; visitors making payments should refer to the "Visitor Payment" related FAQ.

Yes. Many of the divination and astrology analyses on this site are provided by teachers with years of experience in divination and astrology, combined with artificial intelligence. Results will be generated in real-time based on the information you input or upload; during the process, the content will be depersonalized and sent to AI service providers and our system algorithms for processing, and will not be used to train third-party models.

Please understand:

No Need to Register as a Member

Payment After Login

• Calculation records will be linked to your account and can be checked in Orders.
• You can use coupons within your account (guest checkout does not support coupons).

Guest Payment

• No registration is required to complete a one-time payment.
• Complete results can only be viewed through the exclusive URL provided on the payment success page.
• Please copy and save that URL immediately; the link is valid for 30 days from the payment success date, and will not be accessible after that.
• This record will not automatically be saved to an account registered in the future; if you have registered and wish to associate it, please contact us for assistance.

FateFlows provides digital content and real-time personalized analysis, and services are considered used once provided.

• One-time payment items (such as single tarot readings, Bazi calculations, etc.): Generally, no refunds are allowed.
• Subscription plans: You can cancel the next automatic payment at any time, but the fee already paid for the current period is non-refundable; you can still use the service until the expiration date.
• Payments are processed through third-party payment services, and please refer to the terms of that platform.

Exceptions and Disputes

If due to technical faults attributable to our site, you are completely unable to access paid content within a reasonable period, experience duplicate charges, or if the service is not delivered as agreed after payment, please contact us within 7 days from the date of payment to report the issue; upon verification, we will assist in reissuing, correcting charges, or handling it according to laws and financial regulations. If you are in a location with mandatory consumer protection regulations, please proceed according to local laws. Individuals under 18 years old must purchase paid content with the consent of a legal guardian.
