Therefore, they cannot be canceled or refunded.

• Single Purchase Items - All one-time purchased content (such as a single tarot reading, numerology assessment, etc.) are non-refundable once payment is made, as they are instantly generated and non-retrievable services.
• Subscription Services - Subscribers can cancel their subscription at any time. After cancellation, automatic billing for the next period will cease. Subscription fees already paid are non-refundable, but you can continue to use the full features until the end of the current subscription period.
• Exceptions — If a technical failure that is our fault means you cannot access paid content at all for a reasonable time, you are charged twice, or paid services are not delivered as agreed, contact us within 7 days of payment. If we confirm the issue, we will, within a reasonable time, restore access, correct the charge, or assist as required by law and the payment platform’s rules.
• Abnormal Transactions and Dispute Resolution - If you believe there has been an incorrect charge or unauthorized transaction, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of the payment date. We will assist you in verifying the order record and take appropriate action within a reasonable time.
• If mandatory consumer protection laws where you live say something different, those laws apply.
